Webmaster Ramos provides professional software-development and analysis services in the field of information technology, classified under Spanish IAE epígrafe 763 (Programadores y analistas de informática, Sección 2ª — Profesionales). The current scope includes, without limitation: bespoke software development; software products and extensions developed by the Licensor for e-commerce, content-management, and other web platforms (including, by way of example only, Magento / Adobe Commerce); technical, architectural, security, accessibility, and AI-readiness audits, reviews, and recommendations; consulting and advisory engagements; and knowledge-transfer activities (technical mentoring, project-related walkthroughs, and reference materials) carried out in connection with the foregoing services. The Licensor may add, modify, or discontinue any specific service at its discretion without prior notice, save where applicable law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise. The Software License Agreement applicable to software products is published at /legal/license.

Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers resident in the European Union may submit complaints through the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The Customer may also contact the Licensor directly at the email above before resorting to the ODR platform.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies to the operation of this website and the relationship between Webmaster Ramos and the visitors and customers, without prejudice to the imperative consumer-protection provisions of the Customer's country of habitual residence within the European Union where applicable.
