This Cookie Policy explains how https://webmaster-ramos.com (the "Website"), operated by Ruslan Moskalenko under the trade name Webmaster Ramos, uses cookies and similar technologies. It is published in compliance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive), as amended.
1. What cookies are
1.1. A "cookie" is a small text file that a website places on the Customer's device when the Customer visits the website. Cookies allow the website to recognise the device on subsequent visits, store preferences, keep authentication state, measure traffic, and similar functions.
1.2. This policy uses the term "cookies" to refer collectively to HTTP cookies, web storage entries (localStorage, sessionStorage), pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies.

The Customer's consent to non-essential categories is collected through the cookie banner shown on the first visit and is recorded for thirteen (13) months from the last interaction. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie preferences link in the footer.
3. Cookies in detail
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Website to function and cannot be switched off. They are placed without prior consent under the LSSI-CE Art. 22.2 exemption for cookies "strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user". Blocking these cookies through the browser will prevent authentication, checkout, account operations, and security protections from working — the Customer remains free to do so but accepts that the Website may become unusable as a consequence, and the Licensor is not liable for any issue resulting from such blocking.

3.2. Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies are loaded only after the Customer's express opt-in through the cookie banner. They help the Licensor understand which content is most useful and where improvements are needed. Until the Customer grants analytics consent, these services operate in a cookieless mode under Google Consent Mode v2 and set no cookies.
The Website uses the following analytics providers:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — aggregate traffic and usage measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) — anonymised session-behaviour analytics (heatmaps and aggregated interaction metrics).

Microsoft may set additional cookies on its own clarity.ms and
bing.com domains to operate the service. Both providers may process
data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU
Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the United States, the EU-US Data

3.3. Marketing cookies
The Website does not set marketing or advertising cookies and does
not currently integrate any third-party advertising network. Where the
Customer grants marketing consent, the Google Consent Mode v2 signals
ad_user_data and ad_personalization are set to "granted" so that any
future advertising integration can honour that choice; no advertising
cookies are placed until such an integration is added, at which point
this section will be updated and consent will be re-collected.
3.4. Third-party cookies and embedded content
The Website may load content from third-party providers necessary for its operation:
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and load-balancing purposes. See https://www.cloudflare.com/cookie-policy/.

4. Managing cookies
4.1. Through the Website
The Customer may revisit cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Changes take effect from the next page load.
4.2. Through the browser
Most browsers allow blocking, deleting, or restricting cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will likely break authentication, checkout, and other interactive features.
4.3. Do Not Track
The Website respects the "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) and the legacy "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals: when one of these signals is detected, non-essential categories are kept opted out by default and the cookie banner is not shown.
5. Updates to this policy
The Licensor may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies used or in the applicable law. Updates are published at this URL with the previous version archived at a permanent link.
Material changes that affect the categories or providers in use trigger a re-collection of consent through the cookie banner.
